Following the recent update the totals stopped working on the front end of the site. We rolled back on a production site to the most previous version and it worked again, but it’s too far back in the revision history and cannot be used on the current site.
Is anyone else experiencing this? And is there more recent versions available to roll back to?

We found version 4.8.7 in one of our backups and that one works correctly on the site, but the latest version still fails to show totals. They just sit at zero.

    Hi Abland,

What page builder are you using? How are you embedding the shortcode into the page? Via Text Widget, Code Widget or Shortcode Widget?

    Hi designful,

We are using Beaver Builder standard and the form is added via the text editor widget.

It was working previously, but after the latest update it stopped working on the front end. However, when I previewed the form in the back end the totaling and subtotaling worked as expected.

There were no errors in the developer console, and we also tried eliminating possible plugin conflicts and didn’t find any.

    Thanks for providing more information.

I think the issue is from a preloader feature we just added. We will fix and push an update in 6-12 hours.

Ideally, they suggest adding shortcodes to the HTML widget.

That last update fixed it. Thank you.

On the earlier version I tried using the html widget, just in case, but it was the same result.

    Glad it’s working now.

Quick question, has this plugin helped your business yet? Has it increased sales or anything else? We’re always curious how it’s impacting the businesses of our users.

It’s too early to tell the effect, but it is being used as a central feature for visitors and prospects to get an idea of service costs. Initial feedback has been very positive.

I’m also experiencing this issue – not resolved re calculator not calculating, can send quote – but it is blank. Using Themify Ultra – like others I have disabled all plugins and any caching, issue remains. I also tried on a test page entering the shortcode as text, html and code, nothing worked. I thought it might be layout part related – but edited the layout part to put shortcode in text area, but nothing has fixed the issue. Running version 5.9.3 calculator, latest theme, latest wordpress.

    HI lasotido,

It could be a few different things. Can you send me the link to the page with your calculator on it? As well as a screenshot of your SCC diagnostic screen and a screenshot of your WP Site Health screen.
