Totally the best

I use All-in-One WP Migration on a nearly daily basis to move projects from/to my development environment in Local by Flywheel.

This is the only product that I was able to successfully use to preserve WPML translations. Once in a while the thumbnails need to be regenerated, but that is quite minor and easily done.
