    Is there any easy way to ensure a Wordpres localhost installation is 100% offline?

    When installing local there are still a few net calls to google resources, fonts and js libraries. Is there a way to ask WP to download these resources and cache them locally so I can be totally offline in places where my Internet connection is poor or non-existent?
