Totally downhill after updating

    After recently updating the theme for the first time in 3 years (1.8.5), I seriously regretted it. Nothing but problems ever since and the customer support is terrible. There is no support actually. No one has responded to any of the trouble tickets I put in.

    The theme always loads extremely slow and we can’t have that running Google Ad campaigns, so it’s about time to switch over to a new theme. Really sad because the theme looks good but has too many problems.
