• I ‘ve opened a support ticket Since October 29 2018, increased the priority ticket to level 2 (Premium),the March 5 2019, and to level 3 (High) the March 10 2019, and at last to level 4 (Urgent), the higher level, the April 2 2019, what I have to do to get support for this plugin?

    I’m still manually updating the users balance, ticket has been opened in October 2018, today is 8 August 2019. How many months or years do you mean with “soon”?
