Support » Plugin: WooCommerce Payments » Total waste of space

  • Broke my site. Took me 4hours and several chat sessions with my hosting company to realise if I didn’t enable/install Woocomeerce Payments my site works absolutely fine. Had to reinstall WordPress quite a few times before we realised this plugin was the culprit. Somehow it changes random settings in the background and stops me connecting to my database. Only got my hosting company involved as the errors said they were database connection related. Have installed and enabled every plugin I had prior to downloading this one and everything now works fine. Will be sticking to PayPal from now on.

    Hi @wrightcreationsuk,

Thanks for taking the time to leave your review and feedback as it’s appreciated.

Looking at your WordPress.org forum history I don’t see any support requests that you opened on the WooCommerce Payments Support Forum requesting some assistance with this?

If you had opened a support request one of our team members would have been happy to assist and help take a look at the behaviour you experienced. If you still require assistance with WooCommerce Payments you can also contact our support team via a support ticket from this page of WooCommerce.com.

    https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

The WooCommerce.com support team will be happy to take a closer look for you as what you’ve described is not something I can personally replicate on my own installations when testing with WooCommerce Payments for us today.

    Thanks
