    l. Considering this plugin only offers support to premium members I bought several licences to make my multi-site operational.

    My multi-sites worked fine util the update, then I find that my sub-sites are not getting all entitlements of a premium account although, I have paid money.

    All along, support has been vague. Often telling me to pay more money. Don’t get caught in this trap. Find a better open graph and structured data plugin. This one has eaten my business finances, don’t let it happen to you.

    You purchased 3 licenses to license 3 sites, which you used. You then attempted to license additional sites beyond the 3 you purchased – we reminded you not to do that.

    You also attempted to get Premium support for the Free version (on another site), and we reminded you that Premium support was for Premium version users.

    We gladly offer a 30 day refund policy and support all users, whether they use the Free version or the Premium version. The Free version support forum at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wpsso/ is open to all if they would like to read our support threads.

    Well, no. Actually, I followed your advice and bought licences for each subsite + core site. It was working until the recent update. The only thing that changed was the plugin.

    This is the second time the plugin hasn’t worked after an update. Last time it didn’t update properly, you told me to wait for the next plugin. This time the support was condescending and seemed to be blaming me.

    As for asking for premium help on a free plugin. No I was just asking for regular help and you could have directed me to that forum in your support ticket, but didn’t.

    I will be looking for a full refund regardless of any of your policies, or we will be searching legal advice.

    Do you think I want to be spending my time posting here? All I want is what I paid for without regular maintenance, support emails and loss of function.
