    I love that Total Upkeep stores all the files and SQL scripts in one file. Files can be restored to any hosting provider via FTP/SFTP, and the SQL script enables full recovery of the WordPress database from the command line or phpMyAdmin. This plug-in ensures you can always recover your WordPress site.
