Total share count is displaying 0

    for an unknown reason the summary number has changed to 0 and no link sharing does not update the number please help, wordpress and the plugin is up to date, I checked on two different servers

    My problem was

    facebook – The lack of a fully completed application in the facebook API.
    twitter – I haven’t completed account at https://twitcount.com/

    After the account was created and linked, the counting reappeared with a temporary delay.
