The free version didn’t seem too bad. Thought it just needed a couple of things. So I bought their premium version of the plug-in, installed it on a fresh WP site, and it was the totally unusable. So many bugs. Everywhere. Entire paid sections missing. Critical buttons that flat out didn’t work.

Making good software is hard, so I’m empathetic to having some hiccups. Thought I’d ask for a refund (which they claim is 30 days) then maybe check in again in a year.

Tried contacting them, they responded to all of my other emails, but as soon as the word refund pops up, silence. Got a notification that they watched the Loom video I sent to make them aware of some of the bugs. Still silence. After multiple attempts over multiple weeks I just gave up. Won’t ever buy a product from this company again, that’s for sure.

A word of advice to potential users: don’t try and get fancy and jack up your admin for hundreds of dollars.

    Hello tietjen,
We’ve been working day and night for making this software better day by day.
We’ve a great reputation for support.
Last few hours I’ve been checking your ticket/emails that you’ve asked for support. I didn’t find anything with your name.
Anyway, I can make sure that if your video was seen then our support manager tried to reach you for solving the problem.
We’ve few options for getting support – Facebook Group, Email, Support Forum etc.
Can you please let me know few more details.

About refund – if you’re eligible with our refund policy(please check on our website) then I can make sure I will process now though.

Giving 1 star rating for a hard working software will not bring any solutions. Please re-consider it by contacting again through any of our channel.

I want happy Customer Faces 🙂

    Best Regards
    Thanks
