Total Rubbish and Equally Bad Support

If you are looking for a frontend publishing plugin DO NOT EVER consider this.

I tested the free version but I wanted to post Woocommerce posts which the free version does not allow. Their demo site is worse than useless as it didn’t have woocommerce plugged in so I couldn’t test the Pro version.

I spoke in length to the sales team … ohhh they were so nice and assured me the plugin could handle frontend publishing of woocommerce products for all variants including Simple, Variable, Grouped and External – the External was essential to my business.

I went ahead and purchased the pro version (before I read the comments here) at $49; for that you’d expect something truly useful.

The form setup is a nightmare with almost nothing that works. It posts information to the wrong fields. I did have a developer friend look at the plugin and he stated it wasn’t worth $1 let alone $49 – badly coded and full of bugs … total garbage was the kindest word he had to say about it.

Support started off ok but as they soon realised they couldn’t get it to work they started laying the blame at my feet telling me that I was trying to create fields that woocommerce doesn’t support.

The fields in question were the Regular and Sales Price under External Post Type… according to support I had to put in three fields for woocommerce to calculate it. Think about it … a user is presented with Regular Price / Sales Price and then Price – they’ll be scratching their heads wondering what the dickens is the ‘Price’ for? According to support that’s just the way it is.

Now for a refund … Was told that the plugin works perfectly and they don’t offer a refund if it’s not their problem; but they will try to resolve that problem – they can’t and won’t. Their Refund Policy states that if you can’t get it to work within 14 days they’ll issue a refund … they won’t they’ll just keep telling you it’s not the fault of their plugin.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS PLUGIN AND DO NOT BUY IT … IT’S COMPLETE GARBAGE. 1 Star … if there was a Minus Star it would be more appropriate.
