Total Outage and No Support

I have the PRO version of the plugin and it has been down for over a day. The support ticket I submitted a day ago has not even been acknowledged. This is terrible as this is the busy time of the week for us to be ignored on a total outage.
The problem with the plugin not working is the licensing server. It goes down often, and I see the PHP errors in my logs. No telling how many sales have been lost. Can’t even access settings for the plugin, because that too calls home for a license check.
I will have to look into a different plugin that actually comes with support.
