    I have the PRO version of the plugin and it has been down for over a day. The support ticket I submitted a day ago has not even been acknowledged. This is terrible as this is the busy time of the week for us to be ignored on a total outage.

    The problem with the plugin not working is the licensing server. It goes down often, and I see the PHP errors in my logs. No telling how many sales have been lost. Can’t even access settings for the plugin, because that too calls home for a license check.

    I will have to look into a different plugin that actually comes with support.

    You may want to take a look at your PHP error log. The PRO plugin was having a lot of license check problems well before yesterday, going all the way back to May 9th. My guess is that every error entry may be a lost sale. I see ten entries on June 4th for example. It seems their license server has some serious issues. If they were smart they would stop doing a license check for every order, which would ease the burden on their server, or build some redundancy in the system so that we as paying customers don’t have problems like this if their server goes down.

    I don’t know about you, but I am very disappointed. Looking at all the errors from before yesterday, my guess is we have lost thousands of dollars. I don’t have any confidence in this paid plugin anymore. I need to find something more reliable, with support, for my money.

    The warning issue you have reported has been fixed in the Premium Version 1.4.1 – Released on June 14, 2018. Please update the plugin.
