Could you please explain better what you want to achieve?
What do you mean with “Total of each item”? Isn’t the product price the “total” for the item?
Do you want to show a total for the overall wishlist, summing up costs of all included products?

The idea would be if you can show (as in the cart) the unit price and the subtotal in each product, taking into account the quantity.
And at the end show the total.
This would allow the buyer to know how much the products he would like to buy would cost.
