Hi @sauron4u
Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.
This sounds like that specific membership level does not have access to all content or non-members or other membership levels are being excluded from the BuddyPress directory feature.
Can you confirm that non-members are included in the list. Here is a link to the non-member settings – https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/add-ons/buddypress-integration/#non_member_user

these settings are already set correctly, and the problem occurs for both members with a membership and without a membership
Thanks for your patience @sauron4u, I’ve run some further tests and I am unable to replicate this issue on my end.
Would it be possible to test this on a staging or a temporary site to see if the issue persists with only the required plugins installed: Paid Memberships Pro, Paid Memberships Pro – BuddyPress Integration and BuddyBoss?

I work with youzify plugin and if I activate it then the counts are not done properly
I can give you access to the admin of the site to view it

I have set up a shadow site where exactly the same thing happens
http://www.kinkymarktplaats.nl
and here are only the necessary plugins
where can I send the data so that you can log in yourself?
Please do not share login details, this goes against WordPress.org guidelines. I recommend getting in touch with a developer to help you with troubleshooting this further and get to the bottom of this.
I will continue to try and replicate this on my own end with the necessary plugins – to confirm the plugins you have installed:
- Paid Memberships Pro
- Paid Memberships Pro – BuddyPress/BuddyBoss Integration
- BuddyPress
Have you tested this with the default TwentyTwenty (series) themes?
