Total cost of PayPal powered by Braintree

I am testing payment plugin “PayPal powered by Braintree”, and like to know how much will it cost to use the service.

Since my app use Product Vendors to run a marketplace, I need the plugin to run commission disbursements to vendors as well.

My understanding is that for each buyer’s payment, there will be a charge of the sum of $0.30 and 2.9% (of total payment, including taxes and S&H). This charge goes to Braintree.

Questions:
1. For each fund disbursement to a vendor’s PayPal account, will there be another charge levied by PayPal? If there is, how much will be the charge?
2. Is there any other charges (e.g. transmiting fund to my checking account, etc) due to using this plugin service?
