  • I can’t get the information I need about this plug-in. I opened a free account on Aspose, as directed. Got a welcome email that indicated they have a CHAT icon on their website. There’s no CHAT icon as described, and you could hunt all day on their web site and never find an email address or other direct route to tech support.

    I have some critical questions that I need to have answered, but no access to answers. E.g., can I download the output file or can I only read it on Aspose? What if I exceed the 30MB limit on the free account–can I delete files after saving them locally? How well can I filter exported posts? I don’t want to see a lot of code, just the post and the comments. Are user attachments included in the exported Word doc?

    Without ready access to answers, I find this plug-in to be a waste of time.
