If you open the “WP Admin -> Pages -> Checkout” page for editing, then you’ll see the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode. The Multi-Step Checkout plugin works by rearranging the HTML of the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode.
From your screenshot it is obvious that you want an element on the right side of the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode that would show the total price. That can be done by coding a small shortcode that would output the “Recapitulatif. Total article: x euro” and then use that shortcode next to the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode on the “Checkout” page. That would require a bit of programming.
Feel free to hire a developer to help you code such a small shortcode. The developer doesn’t need to know anything about the Multi-Step Checkout plugin. It would be a small shortcode that could be used anywhere on the website (on a post, on a product page, or in the footer), but also on the checkout page next to the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode.
