"Total cart discount" displays 0.00 € even though discount is applied

Hello,

“Total cart discount” in my shop always displays 0.00 € even when a discount is correctly applied.

This happens independently of the theme I use and whether the “WooCommerce Germanized” plugin is enabled or not.

The discount I configured is:

If order products IN <Category> and
If order items count is more or equal to 10
Percentage off product price
10
