Total Cache error message lost all my plugins, themes, etc..website unusalbe

    I lost all my plugins, themes and everything. I received the following message:

    W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home4/jpwilder/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.

    can someone give me a little direction on how to fix this?
