    I tested plugin Total cache to speed up my blog. Worked fine and got 92/100
   in page speed. Unfortunately custom.css stopped working when I turned on the 
   minify css. I use canvas theme from woothemes Anyone know how to get past this?
 * Now I use super cache but the extension does not have all features like Total
   offers.
