Total amount is smaller than it should be

    Hi,
    I’m running a webshop with Woocommerce and couple of days ago I noticed that a customer has ordered two products, 10€ each so the subtotal is 20€ BUT somehow the total amount is 10€, and the customer has been charged 10€. How is this possible?

    In the webshop all the orders are shipped free. When I take a look at an order page of a random order at Woocommerce -> Orders, usually there’s ‘Free shipping’ below the products. But in this particular order, the ‘Free shipping’ is there twice. Is there a chance that this doubled free shipping has something to do with this?

    I don’t have any coupons or anything that could have reduced the total amount. Can someone please help?
