Tops in Customer Service!

Michael at Sender.net exemplified the meaning of “Customer Service” in helping me with technical issues as I added DNS Records to make the system operated properly.

I have to say his actions were professional and he showed a lot of patience while giving me “spot on” instructions. He waited as I did the changes and tested the new ones and stayed with me until the process was completed.

That says a lot about the operation and dedication of an Organization and based upon what I have seen and experienced and the price points they offer to their clients I can tell you that they have a client for life.

It is very rare to see this now, it exists of course , but is just hard to find and experience. Thanks again Michael for a great experience and I can only tell you as an Owner in several businesses that you cannot go wrong in giving Sender.net an opportunity to earn your business.
