    I am just getting started with os ticket.

    I do however have a question in that..

    When going through the issues on here, you reference the osticket api here: however there is no mention in that doc of topic being required? In fact the only reference to topic in that doc is topicId

    If this is required, do the topics need to match the topics available in osticket or is this automatically generated as a new topic id in Osticket.

    The field in the example (and I agree with another poster that typing this out is prone to errors, please can you supply txt based examples?) is simply an empty txt field… I don’t get it,, if these need to match the available topics in osticket should this not be a drop down?

    Can you clear this up for me?
