    Hi there,
    It appears that my Support thread on this forum (along with a number of others) has been “locked” and is now not receiving any responses or updates? I am unable to add replies to it, and it has been over a week without a response from the wpexpertssupportteam even though they said they would forward my response to the “technical team” and get back to me?

    I am uncertain why my thread suddenly has become locked.
    What should I do to get help with my topic? Thanks.

    Thanks. Will my thread be unlocked? And how long until I will hear from the technical team? It has been nearly two weeks now.

    Hi there, @arsalantariq . That’s very surprising.
    Can you at least point me to where I can edit whatever generates the leaderboard shortcode? Or point me to documentation on how to use the leaderboard?

    Hi @emite,

    add_filter on mycred_ranking_row, It accepts 5 parameters, You can find it in mycred/includes/classes/class.query-leaderboard.php > myCRED_Query_leaderboard > render. This filter returns the HTML and specific user’s ID and etc., This might be helpful in achieving your goal.
