# Topbar Menu

 * Hello,
    I am currently trying to develop a site on XAMPP at this time to play
   with a new layout for a live site. I am using the Virtue theme for this localhost
   site and currently trying to display a menu in the topbar. I have the checkbox
   checked, the background set to be a light yellow and the font to be black, but
   I am unable to see any links in that topbar. I understand this may be difficult
   to troubleshoot as it is on xampp and not online for anyone to look at. But can
   anyone suggest something I may be doing wrong?
