Hi, I’m having trouble topping up my account. I’m able to pay at checkout with paypal, but when I check ‘my wallet’, I don’t receive my credits. It stays at $0.

Please check order status of that order. We are process wallet recharge if order status is processing or completed.

Order status says it’s ‘on hold’. How can I make the order complete automatically?

It seems like an issue with PayPal IPN response. Please get in touch with Paypal payment gateway plugin developer.

I’m using the Woocommerce PayPal Express Checkout Gateway. Is that the issue?

We can’t say for certain but we suspect the issue arises from there. I would suggest getting in touch with them.
