Top Ten doesn’nt work | WordPress.org

I want to show the top ten in a page and I pasted the short code [yasr_top_ten_highest_rated]. I get only “No data found”.

If i paste [yasr_top_ten_active_users] I get results, but is not what I need in the page…

Actually are only 4 post in the blog, every one with ratings. What is wrong?

Hi, You’re using the wrong shortcode.

I think you want to use [yasr_most_or_highest_rated_posts]

I do, but I get the same result.

Maybe is because I use Divi theme?

I’m pretty sure you’ve misunderstood yasr_overall_rating and yasr visitor votes, and respective rankings.
