    Hello.

The top section image jumps jerkily down (seemingly cuts off) for about 200px (approx), instead of scrolling smoothly. I’ve seen this problem addressed in two other topics.

    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/reopen-top-section-image-jumps?replies=3
    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/top-section-image-jumps?replies=3

Both topics are marked as solved, but weren’t helpful as the OP figured the solution himself and didn’t really offer any steps to solve the problem, other than assert that a “js file was adding styles to the header tag”.

Another user suggested editing jquery.smint.js file in the ‘js’ subfolder of the theme’s folder, lines 105 through 128, but again said nothing more on the problem.

Now, I can’t find any jquery.smint.js in my ‘js’ subfolder. There are 9 js files there:

    jquery.parallax-1.1.3.js
    jquery.scrollTo.js
    jquery.tubular.1.0.js
    modernizr.custom.js
    onetone.js
    owl.carousel.js
    owl.carousel.min.js
    respond.js
    respond.min.js

So, could someone once and for all please please please explain what file to edit, and more importantly what to edit, clearly and succinctly? Thank you!
