Top of Thumbnail Photos Cut-Off

    Hi!
    Go to Image list and find “Crop” tab for these images. Choose “Top Center” image crop position – http://prntscr.com/c31oao
    Please try it.

    Hi! Thanks for attempting to help but the suggestion did NOT work.

    Anything else that I can try? BTW, I just updated the Plugin so I know that’s not an issue. 🙂

    Hello!
    Maybe you have some cache plugin on your site. If so, please try to clear cache of the page with gallery and cache in your browser. And check the issue again. If you still will have the problem – contact us through our internal support. We will check what is wrong and will help you to solve the problem.

    Okay… I’ve cleared every bit of cache I have on any WordPress page as well as for Firefox, Internet Explorer and Chrome and I’m still having an issue with some of my photos being cut-off at the top.

    I think it may be worth noting that I’ve found an inconsistency between browsers. In Chrome ‘some’ of the photos appear to have been corrected but NOT in either Internet Explorer or Firefox.

    I’ll fill-out the form to contact Internal Support!
