    Hi all,

I used to have a top menu when I browse my site (http://huatuostudio.com) on my iPhone but now its gone. I can still see all my menus on the website and could not find anything wrong with the settings in the WordPress under Menu. I was sure that the menu were there as the theme is suppose to be responsive.

Do you have the same problem? Is it my site or the theme?

    Please help. Thanks.

@huatuostudio the menu in mobile phone is a dropdown menu. There is a dropdown menu on your site on iPhone.

I have the same problem on Zinnia theme. And it's not just for the iPhone but for Android and iPad as well. I used to have drop down menu, but now it's gone.( http://thejelis.com ).

Following my post, I test my site on a friend's iPad Air, I can see the menu but not a drop down, it was displaying the site as if its viewed on safari desktop. I tested it on a 2 years old iPad mini, I can also see the menu but this time as a drop down.

My iPhone is a 5 and I still unable to see the menu. Is it a setting specific to my phone that's causing the problem?

My iPhone OS is the latest and the menu worked before.

Any comment/suggestion is much appreciated. Thank you!

@huatuostudio I noticed that on your site you have new menu. Are you still using Zinnia? I have the Zinnia theme and I find the mobile menu to be a little confusing to my visitors. I would love to replace it with something like what you have now. How did you change it?

@thejelis I visited your site also and I have the same mobile menu as you. I have been researching on how to replace this with a plugin because most people don't even know its there and I'd like to replace it with a responsive menu that internet users today are more familiar with. I don't really have the development skills to fully customize it so I am looking for an alternative solution, before I breakdown and try to fully customize it myself and potentially create a mess of code that I don't fully understand.

    This is my site dannytijerina.com
any advice on how to solve this user experience issue would be great, thanks.

Hi, sorry about the late reply. I have changed my theme already. Good luck. I would love to know the outcome of it.
