Top Hover Issue

Please see http://thebestofreggae.com/iron-lion-production-reggae-new-orleans/ . You will see when Hovering on the top of the post icons there is a problem. It looks nice, but you can’t actually share the post socially. This happens if you try to put them on the left or right of the post.

How can I fix this?
