Can this plugin do something similar to this one?

Basically open a new link/page in a frame and have a top bar allowing a user to return back to the original site.

I think that might work except in the example it open up in a new popup window. I’m thinking about an effect that’s more like this…

If you go to this page click on the Live Preview button (lower left)

Next a new window will open with a page in an iFrame looks like. This is the effect I”m going for.
This example

If you look at the top there’s a bar to close the I frame or Buy The Product (basically takes you back to the previous page.

For some reason the example link doesn’t work. You have to click on the “this page” and click on the Live Preview button (lower left) to see what I mean.

So you want a bar with an iframe at the bottom?

You can create simply the bar only also and create an iframe with a height of 100%-100px.
