Top Bar is functional on the dashboard but it doesn’t appear on the website

Hi there,

I’ve downloaded this add-on; everything is connected (API Key is correct), the top bar is active and functional, but it isn’t appearing on the homepage. Do you reckon the error? It stopped working after I was testing the subscription method.

Need help urgent. Thanks a lot.

I can see the top bar placed at the bottom of the website. Is this issue resolved?

Thanks in advance.

It is not appearing anywhere – see screenshots for the homepage and the dashboard. I’ve changed for “top” and the problem still occurs.

Would it be a problem with the browser itself? I use Google Chrome.

Secondly, I’ve added a plugin for the “cookie notice” – can it be related?

I just checked in Firefox and in Chrome and I see the topbar on your site.

Do you have some sort of ad blocker in your browser maybe?

Yes, I have tested with other people and they said they see it…

Off-topic, so (and sorry about that): do you know how I unblock the ad or how do I see it to fix it in Chrome?

Hmm, I don’t think that would normally block the top-bar…
If you turn off that browser plugin does it show up? Or maybe it;s yet another browser extension you have?
