 * Can you share site link so that I can check it? Also, for the menu settings, 
   go to Customize > Header > Menu and check the settings for alignment.

 * Go to Customize > Topbar > General and select left-social/right-content style.
   For the site tagline, use the below CSS code.
 *     ```
       div#site-description h2 {
           color: #fff !important;
       }
       ```
