Top-10 List with Pagination

Hi all,

I’m trying to create a post with a “Top-10 List” with each item(image and text) displaying one at a time with numerical pagination. Here is a perfect example from the Bleacher Report site:

Does anyone know of a plugin, or another way to create something like this? The closest thing I could find were slider plugins, but they seem like overkill.
