Hi!

We are trying to use this Tooltips plugin and are having some issues. I have e-mailed their support and have had no luck so I thought I’d try here.

We want to edit the look/size of the tooltips and despite having upgraded from the free lite version, we do not have access to the settings required to edit them?

Is there something else we need to do?

Based on rules of wordpress support forum, we can not talk about pro version in wordpress support forum, would you please submit ticket at https://tooltips.org ?

You can submit a ticket like this way, please:
1: Use your buyer account login https://tooltips.org/ at https://tooltips.org/login/
2: After logged in https://tooltips.org/ please click “Support Ticket”
menu item at top menu bar:
https://tooltips.org/tooltips-support-ticket-controlpanel/

Then you can open a ticket, and we will help you solve the problem. 🙂
