Tooltip issue on desktop

Hi,

Is it possible to have the tooltip popups disappear immediately when no longer hovering over them on desktop? With the current delay you end up having many tooltips cluttering up the view at once as you move the mouse:

Alternatively, could you tell me how my developer could safely make such a change just for our site?
