# Tools don’t work

 * Hi,
    I’m using Wordfence (free version). Since a week, when I open Wordfence 
   > Tools > Filter traffic, when I choose: – Logins and Logouts – Locked out – 
   Blocked by Firewall – Page not found – Crawlers – Google Crawlers don’t display
   results, but this message: “No requests to report yet”. It’s very strange because
   before the results displayed, and I was able to block the IP that tried to log
   in in my site. Can you help me? I need to solve. Thanks in advance. Best regards
   PS I hope to have been clear. On the contrary, can you give me an email address
   so I can send you some screenshot?

   update. Can not even enter the the upgrade key?

 * In [@canadianrack](https://wordpress.org/support/users/canadianrack/)’s case 
   it sounds like it could be a failed update. Can you try deactivating and deleting
   the plugin, then installing it fresh?
 * In the original poster’s case, I’m thinking it could be a conflict. It sounds
   as though there may be an AJAX or JavaScript conflict from another plugin or 
   your theme that’s happening on your Live Traffic page and interfering with other
   plugins’ admin dashboards.
 * I recommend downloading and running the Health Check plugin from the WordPress
   repository to test for this. It’s a plugin that will allow you to simulate turning
   off your plugins and changing your theme to a default WordPress theme (such as
   Twenty Fifteen) – but only to you. Your visitors will continue seeing your site
   normally. The plugin is from WordPress.org and you can download it for free from
   the WP plugin repository: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)
 * Once you’ve deactivated your plugins and themes, you can reactivate Wordfence
   only and see if Live Traffic displays properly. If the problem has disappeared,
   and Live Traffic is working again, that confirms that another plugin is causing
   the issue. You can then reactivate your theme and plugins within the Health Check
   plugins one by one, rechecking the problem after each reactivation. Once the 
   problem reoccurs, you’ll know that the plugin or theme you just reactivated is
   the culprit, and we can go from there with a solution.

 * Hi,
    thanks for the answer. I haven’t installed other plugins, so I don’t understand
   this sudden conflict :(. Moreover I forgot to write that I couldn’t scan my site.
   When I clicked on Scan, it displayed this notice: “The scan has failed to start.
   This is often because the site either can not make the outbound requests or it’s
   blocked from connecting to itself”.
