It’s hard to say as we can’t see your toolbar or admin. 🙁

    Have you tried:
    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the 2010 theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

I cant see mine either. After I upgrated to wordpress 3.5 I losse access to my dashboard, every time I try to do something as admin it tells me I need to Update WordPress Database and when I click it nothing happen. There is 3 days already in that situasion. What should I do?

@hablemonos: It is impolite to interrupt another poster’s ongoing thread with a question of your own and it causes significant problems for the forum’s volunteers. Please post your own topic.

@modernmrscleaver I had the toolbar disappear on a site recently. It was caused by a caching plugin – in that case Super Cache.

The theme had the correct header & footer arguments and so theme was ok.

Deactivating plugins is always a good strategy but in the case of caching it may take a while for the cache files to be cleaned out so I used a different web browser to view that site.
