Toolbar Still Missing Plugins in Dropdown Menus

    I cannot understand why there is no way to go to your plugins when you are viewing the site. It is a two step process even with 3.8

    The toolbar at the top should have the plugins for quick access to them. When is a WP developer going to realize this?
