Tool bar on front end went missing.

For some reason or another my tool bar went missing on the frontend of my site. I’ve spent the last five hours reading post after post trying everything with no luck.

Trying to figure out which pugin did I install that made this happen. It’s always a plugin ya know, right..

Anyway, cleared all cache a zillion times, removed all inactive plugins, tried other browsers and computers, tried switching themes all with no luck at all.

Then I renamed my plugins dir to plugin-old so all of plugins wouldn’t load. And bam I had a tool bar. But had to quickly turn them back on because I do get a lot of traffic.

So now it was time to deactivate one at a time. Like 30 plugins to go.. So I decided via FTP to rename each pluging to -old. One at a time. And them bam found the one that was doing it. I didn’t really want to do without this I went to their site to learn there is a tick box that “hide tool bar” Ok so I feel like a jerk now. A simple untick that took three seconds from my now 5 hours trying to locate my issue.
