    Hi! We are confused by the review that you left. We have an outstanding support team that works diligently to answer any questions as well as offer support to all of our customers. Typically it takes 1-2 business days for a response as outlined in the automated email that we send to customers when they submit a ticket to our support team, and we are located in the Eastern Time Zone in the USA.

    Since, based on the information in your review, we don’t have your actual name or information about your account, we have no way to verify the status of your ticket or if you have submitted one to us at this point. If you have not submitted a ticket yet, I would highly recommend doing so by emailing our team at support@kliken.com.

    Your much quicker at answering forums than support requests. I’ve asked for a refund as it’s been nearly a week since I paid and nothing has been done and one support email received regarding login issues that should have been easy to solve but wasn’t.

    There are a couple of reasons for the difference in response time. All of our forums and social media accounts are monitored and responded to by our marketing department. And there are not nearly as many reviews left in comparison to inquiries our support team receives.

    Unfortunately, I have no way to check on your support ticket or to see if a refund was requested, as we have no way of knowing who you are based on your username here on WordPress. I would encourage you to either respond to the email you received from our support team or you can email them at the email I gave you in the previous response.

    Thank you, I did respond on Friday and sent another much earlier today to the email and still waiting for a response.

    I’m sure I will get one but I still maintain that a very simple issue was not resolved, Ive been fobbed off and still no service so I stand by my review.
