• 1. Too slow response from support team.
    2. manual provided does not match the real page. Other word useless.

    Combining those 2 issue. It is really hard to get this plugin working as you pay for.

    When try to DIY, manual was useless. When try to ask support. There was no response. Even I mailed the follow-up email ask for response. There was still no action from support team. They just ignored the follow-up email.
    If your project has a plenty of time. It might work for you.

    Sorry to hear you have not been happy with our plugin/support so far. I’m not seeing any topics on the wp.org forum for you, so I guess you are a paying customer and submitted a support ticket via our website?

    If so, can you please reply to an email from us or submit a new ticket (So can find your tickets in our support system) with a link to this topic, so I can find your support tickets in our system and see what has happened.
