Too much blank space below header/banner and above footer?

    Hi there!

    I love Charitas Lite and am now using it to manage the websites of two nonprofits. I have run into a bit of an issue in that I would like to reduce the amount of white space between the header/banner and above the footer on a main/home page. I tried modifying the CSS to reduce cell padding, but no matter what I do, I can’t eliminate the gap between the header/banner and where the main page’s content begins, and the footer and where the main page’s content ends. Is there any way that I can fix this? I deeply appreciate any advice you might be able to offer! Thanks so much, and have a great day.

    Hi,

    You have to work with Firebug in order to understand what do you have to change, the same you can test the result directly in the browser. After you tested the CSS code you can add it to Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS
