I can't log in to my website because the "too many redirects" message keeps coming up. I've looked through other posts on this issue but can't find a solution, and I've deleted my cookies and my history. I also can't work out which version of WordPress I have, if that's needed. The website is http://www.zest4kidz.com.

You are using WordPress 3.5.1. Why are you using an old copy of WordPress? Were you aware that your site is currently running a very real risk of being hacked. You need to upgrade WordPress asap. Try:
    - switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme's folder inside wp-content/themes and adding "-old" to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    - backing up your database.

    - uploading all files & folders - except the wp-content folder - from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    - running the upgrade manually via wp-admin/upgrade.php
