sorry for the bad review but it failed completely thought it sounded promising:
    – backend text unreadable (must have been a CSS conflict)
    – preview not working
    – added an unwanted “feedback” label on right of the screen (which doesn’t even open)
    – modals no working, not even the button is appearing (must be a conflict with the above label or jquery).
Luckily I haven’t tested on my main site. This was my experience, sorry 🙁

We are very sorry for your bad experience with the plugin.
I think you should have contacted us first to diagnose the problem before writing a review.

Your problems are most likely related to the fact that one of the plugins you installed creates a conflict in CSS and jQuery. It’s bad when installed plugins set styles and scripts for the whole admin area. Our plugin works with its styles and scripts only on its own pages.

In addition, the plugin is being tested with a default theme and default WordPress plugins. During testing, no problems arise and the plugin works correctly, which confirms that you have activated a plugin that sets its styles and scripts globally for the site admin area, as a result of which it can affect other plugins.

Can you send a list of the installed plugins?

Have you checked for errors in the developer console in chrome?

don’t be afraid of bad reviews… they’ll go away with time. 🙂 However I really have no time to investigate the issue, sorry. I also begin to think that modals cannot be added with plugins but must be coded within the themes. On a side note, the plugins I use are all security ones: wordfence, BBQ, secure login,…
