• Hi.

    We like WordFence.However, one thing we have been worried about is that is blocking too many of our customers trying to visit our website and purchase or existing customers trying to login their Woocommerce account. And the message WordFence shows them actually scares them because it looks like there is a security problem with our websites instead; so they call us asking what’s wrong with our websites? Any advice/ suggestions would be appreciated.

    Could you please provide more details –screenshot maybe?- regarding the blocking message your users get? this would help to figure out the reason for all these false positive blocks.

    Also, please go to (Wordfence > Tools => Diagnostics => IPs) and make sure Wordfence is configured to detect IPs correctly, your IP address should appear there beside the configuration used to detect it.
