    Hey, Thank you for the support so far. One more issue.

    Let’s say I set the order to split on processing. A customer then makes an order with 2 products. The system sends out 3 emails saying the order is processing. One for the main order with all products and 2 other emails with single products. I have selected combined email in the plugin options.

    PS: I created my own custom order status

    I have checked your earlier screenshot, you may turn email OFF as those emails are extra emails in case you required. Actually you don’t require those for merge or split.

    OK. I turned emails off. I am not sure what’s going on. I will open a new ticket with an issue this might be tied to

    @ryonwhyte you may reach me anytime, but emails were not because of any bug. Don’t worry about the emails
