Too many domains

Hi,
First off, great plugin!
Secondly- I am using this with quite a few domains and the loading time prevents adding a new one because of timeouts and waiting to load the domains via ajax. Is there a way to a)put the add fields at the top so it I can keep adding and b)show all at once instead of loading them via ajax and scroll?
