Sorry. I’m all for developers getting paid for hard work and updates and all of that, but $40/mo like for the smallest plan, just not stacking another paid plugin for that amount. If I had known, such as it being part of the description here, I wouldn’t have even installed it and registered an account and all of that.

Hi Chris, thanks for the feedback.

You’re right that pricing should be clearer upfront. Just to note, our entry plan is $23/month, not $40.

    Sorry for the frustration!

Sorry, In the dashboard I went to look at pricing but may have been on the upgrades page where $40 is the lowest, so I stand corrected. Still if it had been clearer I may have decided to use it at that rate instead of trying to discover the pricing the way I did.

    Thanks for the feedback!

We do show pricing in the section header and at the top of the dashboard, but clearly it’s not visible enough. I’ll pass this to the team to improve. Just wanted mention that many features work without a paid plan.

    Sorry for the frustration!

Actually, you have demonstrated that the reviews you got for providing great support are well deserved. I may take another look for that reason.
